Town of West Monroe 2012 town board meetings will be held on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the West Monroe Town Hall, 46 County Route 11. The town board will meet prior to every regular town board meeting beginning at 6:30 PM to audit the monthly financial records of town officials and to review and sign vouchers submitted for payment. Town Board workshops will be held on an as needed basis and will be advertised in the newspaper and on the town website.
Planning Board meeting are held on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 7:30 PM except for the months of November and December when the meeting is held on the first Wednesday of December at the town hall.
The town clerk’s office hours are Monday through Thursday 9 am until 4 pm, Friday 9 am until noon except during the month of January when the office is open from 9 am until 5 pm Monday through Friday.
The town hall will be closed in observance of all federal holidays.

Justice court is held most Monday nights of the year beginning at 5:00 p.m. at the West Monroe Town Hall, 46 County Route 11, West Monroe, New York.
